our vision

F.A.S.T Was founded in 2016 by Rasheem Barrett in St George, Utah. There were many experiences that pushed him to start F.A.S.T. One of his greatest experiences was when he came to the realization of understanding PROVERBS 16:3 “Commit everything you do to the lord and he will establish your plan”. This one verse gave him the formula for his purpose in life which enables him to spread the wisdom and life through training.  F.A.S.T will provide training for Footwork, Acceleration, Speed and Strength. Training will incorporate key personal development techniques to assist in creating an effective mindset for character building, positive habits, teamwork and sportsmanship. F.A.S.T will create special classes tailored for the youth & parents. Our vision is to use the art and emotion of sports to help shape the mindset of a community of kids that need it and for the parents that desire this in them as well as themselves . We envision the full implementation of our training connecting our athletes to athletes outside the state, as well as the country. Soon to be recognized to be premier place to train with an atmosphere shaped for those looking to focus, excel and elevate their athletic performance and personal growth.
